Eggless banana bread recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
1/2
cup sugar (organic unrefined)
1/2
cup oil (sunflower, olive or coconut)
1
tsp vanilla extract (or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence)

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour (ATTA)

tsp baking powder
1/2
tsp baking soda
1
pinch of salt
1/4
tsp cinnamon powder or dalchini powder (optional)
2
tbsp chopped nuts or walnuts (optional)
Method
Mash
the ripe bananas lightly with a masher.
Add
1/2 cup sugar to them and mash very well; sugar should dissolve.
Add
1/2 cup oil and 1 tsp of vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and mix
very well.
With
a refiner add 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp
baking soda, 1 pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and sieve well.
Add to them 2
tbsp chopped nuts or walnuts (optional)
Fold
using cut and fold technique.
Add
batter in greased pan.
Bake at 80 c or 350 f in preheated oven for 30 : 40 minutes.
Test
it with a tooth pick which should come out clean.
Let
it cool at room temp then serve it.
