Banana Bread Recipe Best with Walnuts
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
2
cups of all-purpose flour

tsp of baking soda

tsp of salt
1
cup of butter margarine
2
cups of white sugar
4
beaten eggs

cup of chopped walnuts
Method
This
banana bread recipe is my a dense excellent banana nut bread recipe it's always
completely gone in minutes this is great at parties but hazardous at home
health warning extreme banana nut bread may be habit-forming.
Let's start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and greasing and flour in to 9 by 5 inch loaf pans
Next mash three or four ripe bananas enough to make two generous cups.
Then
in a separate bowl sift together two cups of all-purpose flour, two teaspoons
of baking soda and one teaspoon of salt.
In
another bowl cream together one cup of butter or margarine and two cups of white
sugar.
Once
the butter or margarine and sugar are smooth stirring the two cups of mashed
banana add four beaten eggs and one cup of chopped walnuts.
Stir
this batter until it's well blended.
Now
pour the wet ingredients into the dry flour mixture and fold it together until
it's just blended.
Divides batter equally between the two prepared loaf pans spread evenly.
Now bake the bread for 60 to 70 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean let the loaves cool in their pans for at least five minutes longer and then turn them out onto a cooling rack.
When they're completely cooled wrap them in aluminum foil to seal in the moistness.
The idea is to refrigerate the loaves for two or more hours before serving.
