Easy and Moist Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
3 ripe
bananas
1/2 cup
vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup
all-purpose flour
2 large eggs.
1 tsp baking
soda
1/4 tsp salt
In a large glass
bowl Mash 3 overripe bananas.
Add 1/2
vegetable oil to the mashed bananas.
Add 1/4 cup
milk and 2 beaten eggs.
Add 1 cup
sugar and mix well then add 1 tsp vanilla and set aside.
In another
glass bowl add 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt and
mix well.
Gradually add
dry ingredients then mix well.
Brush butter
to a cooking pan and dust with flour to keep the banana bread from sticking to
the pan.
Pour the
batter to the pan and bake in a preheated 325 f oven for one hour and 20
minutes.
Let it cool
at least for 15 minutes and enjoy yummy moist banana bread cake with your
favorite hot drink at your breakfast meal.
