Banana
Bread Recipe with Sour Cream
Ingredients
Quantities as
shown in the photos (or)
3/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla
essence
All-purpose
flour 1 cup and half
1 tsp baking
soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cinnamon
powder
3 ripe mashed
bananas
1 cup of Sour cream
Method
Add butter in
a bowl, and add sugar and mash well with a masher.
While mashing
add 2 eggs and vanilla extract.
Add all-purpose
flour, baking soda, kosher salt and cinnamon and mash well again.
Add mashed
bananas and mash slowly then add sour cream and mash again lightly.
Grease a pan
with oil or vegetable oil then pour the batter.
Pre heat an
oven 350 f and cook for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cut and put
sour cream and enjoy very delicious banana bread with sour cream.
