Banana
bread recipe vegetarian
Ingredients
2 ripe
bananas (250 G)
1 tablespoons
of lemon juice (15 ML)
1/2 cup of
vegetable oil (125 ML)
1/2 cup of plant milk (125 ML)
1 cup of
brown sugar (200 G)
2 1/4 cup of
all-purpose flour (300 G)
1 tsp salt (5
G)
1 tsp baking
powder (5 G)
1 tsp baking
soda (5 G)
3 tsp ground
flaxseed (15 G)
1/3 chopped
walnuts (40 G)
Method
In a plastic
pan mash the 2 ripe bananas.
Add one
tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add 1/2 cup
of vegetable oil.
Add 1/2 cup
of plant milk.
Mash all the
ingredients and add to them 1 cup of brown sugar, then mash well again.
And another
pan add 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp
baking soda, 3 tsp ground flaxseed, 1/3 chopped walnuts and mix all these
ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well again.
Oil a loaf pan and put the batter in it.
Preheat an
oven to 350 f (180 c) and put in it for 45 minutes.
Get it out
and serve.
