Banana Bread Recipe Sour Cream with Walnuts
6 over ripe
bananas
3 pieces of
softened butter (or as you want)
3/4 cup of
sour cream
2 tsp of
vanilla extract
2 tsp of
cinnamon
1 tsp of salt
3 tsp of
baking soda
4 nut cups of
all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of
walnuts
Pre heat an
oven to 300 f degree.
Grease cooking
pans with oil vegetables or any healthy nonstick substance.
In a small
pot mix together a cup of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of cinnamon and dust them
in the cooking pans.
Mash 6 ripe
bananas and a glass pan and set aside.
In another glass
pan mash together 3 pieces of softened butter with 3 cups of white sugar.
Mix in three
eggs with the butter and sugar pan.
Add the
mashed bananas to them.
Add 3/4 cups
of sour cream, 2 tsp of vanilla extract, 2 tsp of cinnamon and mash together.
Add 1 tsp of
salt, 3 tsp of baking soda, and 4 nut cups of all-purpose together and mash
again.
Add 1/2 cup
of walnuts and mash again.
Put the
batter in 4 cooking pans and cook in the preheated oven of 300 f.
Test them
with a toothpick which should come out dry to sure than they are well done.
Cut and serve
then you can put the rest in the fridge to use again as you want.
