In a large
bowl put a cup of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of sugar, two
tablespoons of backing powder and a teaspoon of salt.
For in a cup
of milk, one beaten egg.

Then, heat a griddle of frying pan over a medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
