This pancake banana recipe is very benefit and delicious as it has many useful ingredients and it is very ideal as a break fast meal, it is the good beginning for your day:
Ingredients
2 bananas
Maida/ all-purpose flour 1,1/2 cup
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
5 drops Vanilla essence
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 table spoon of oil
Method
Peel the bananas and put them in a blender.
Add sugar, vanilla essence, milk and crack the two eggs then blend to smooth.
Put Maida and baking powder in a plate, and mix in well.
Add the banana mixture to them.
Mix in well and prepare sliding batter, as shown in the picture.
Heat up a pan and grease little oil (using a kitchen brush)
Reduce heat to moderate- low.
Pour batter in form of small dosa, as shown in the picture.
Cook for 2 mins.
Flip other side and cook for another to mins, then remove from pan.
Now the "tasty banana cake is ready"
