Ingredients

and third cups of flour
1/4
tsp of baking powder
1/2
tsp baking soda.
2/3
cups of sugar.
1
tsp of cinnamon.

ripe bananas
2
eggs
Method
Preheat
oven to 350 f
Add
into a large mixing bowl, 1 and third cups of flour, 1/4 tsp of baking powder
and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Add 2/3 cups of sugar.
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon.
Mix well and set aside.
In
another mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas, mash them with a fork.
Add to it 5 table spoons softened unsalted butter, and add 2 beaten eggs, in room temperature combine all together.
Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and combine thoroughly.
To
a greased loaf pan, pat turbinate sugar on all sides.
Pour
batter into the pan and shake to distribute evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 f.
Let cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack.
Cut into thick slices.
Drizzle warm caramel sauce and candied wall nuts.
Add a tiny pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes
