Ingredients

pcs. Small ripe bananas (saba) (or 2 large bananas)
1
large egg

tbsp. oil (or melted butter)

tbsp. of sugar
1
cup fresh milk (evaporated milk or water)
1
cup all-purpose flour
2
tsp. baking powder
1/4
tsp. salt (pinch of salt)
Method
Marsh the bananas in a plate to get mashed bananas.
In a large pot put the mashed bananas then crack the large egg on it and mix well.
Add oil (or melted butter) and the sugar.
Add milk and mix well again, and set it aside.
Put the flour in another pot and add baking powder and salt to it, then mix well.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, or add the dry ingredients into the pot of the wet ingredients, and mix all well to get the consistency you're looking for (as shown)
REST the mixture for 15 minutes
Lightly grease the pan with oil or melted butter using the kitchen brush, then turn on the heat.
Pour a scoop of pancake mixture onto the heated/greased pan, using 1/4 measuring cup.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
The top will bubble up.
After about 5: 7 mins. Flip to cook the other side, and let the other side turn golden brown.
Put slides of bananas on the top.

Top it with your favorite syrup (you can sue the condensed milk)
