cup of all purpose-flour

cups of milk

tablespoons of sugar

tablespoons of baking powder

teaspoon of salt

tablespoons of cooking oil

non-stick pan

large bowl
Method
Crack
one egg in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, then whisk them
together.
Add 3/4 cup of milk and whisk well again.
In a small refinery add one cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 tablespoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, then sift them in the bowl.
Whisk well all the ingredients and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and whisk again.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Pour about 3/4 cup ladle of the batter onto the pan.
When edges look dry the bubbles start to appear, and pop on the surfaces, turn over.
Cook until lightly brown.
Repeat the same steps with the remaining batter.
Serve with butter and maple syrup
